Imagine.....sorry, too much "holiday cheer" going on when I wrote that. (Ahhhhh, seasonal rum!)
You are one hot brunette. Don't dye. At 35 you probably can get away with dying your hair blonde, but honestly ladies, when you start to dye your hair after age 40 you look like......well....ummmmm.....A WOMAN OVER 40 WHO DYED HER HAIR BLONDE. -

Thank you everyone so much, wow the responses i got you all are too kind, i appreciate the compliments.
wnanhee your picture looks great, keep your natural color and beleive me a change is good but not this drastic, i'll never do it again lol, my hair is natural darkest brown, almost black in color, i lightened it a few years back and have kept it this way..
but whats so strange is having the blonde and like i said alot of people commented i look older as a blonde, myself i cannot notice because it is on me, i look at me and see the same me, others see the drastic change, i was trying to see if i should re-dye it blonde or go back.. with all your help i made my decsion, i think i'll try.. hmmm.... fiery redhead!! lol -

Oh my did you set yourself up for woman over 40! Of course they should dye it. In fact i would encourage it to get rid of the pesky gray hairs!
Imagine your pretty as a picture but your a smoking vixen in dark hair...wink! -

Lips....point well taken! But, from a man's perspective women 40+(ish) need to be very artful and smart about trying to look younger. For example it (generally) does not make a woman look younger to squeeze a big butt into a tight pair of low-rider jeans, have a bad dye job, and try to wear stuff they bought at Ambercrombie. Or to smear $6.95 tanning-in a bottle all over. Yes, yes....I know some women over 40 can pull this off, but most can't.....I notice some on LCB sure can! And YES, women 40+ can look smoking hot looking their age. (Think Catherine Bell, Gina Gershen, Venessa Williams, Halle Berry, Marisa Tomei, etc. And probably some nice soccer moms and assorted MILFs at your kid's school.)
Now in all fairness, men OVER 40 fall in the same trap! Like doing a comb-over or trying to wear Van's skating clothing. Or the creepy overly open shirt with the gold chain. Or the pot belly guy at the neighborhood school wearing the speedo. I am sure you get the picture. -

I always thought it was the guys that look hot as they get older. Ya know the distinguished gray hair at the temples and the crows feet around the eyes.
Women on the other hand have not quite been accepted as them and it's not fair! I personally don't believe in face lifts man or woman, i think a few lines give them a look of wisdom.
I think every age bracket is sexy in their own way.

So what's the age difference between the two pic's then?
Is this a trick question? If I'm reading the above right you are a few years older in the blonde pic. They seem very close to me though. I would say you look great either way, but brunette suits you better. I tend to have a preference for brunettes anyway though, so maybe I'm just biased.
You should probably post a few more pics of each so we can iron this out a little better. -

I don't see any difference in how old you look in the pictures. Maybe if the style and shots were more similar I would be able to notice some difference? I don't know. Why care so much what other people think regarding your age, anyway? Except for the one time I had to dye my hair blond due to the demands of a man, when I've colored my hair it was always to have it look better, not to try to look older or younger.
FWIW, I quit coloring my hair over a year ago. I cut it short so the dye would all grow out. It's now white/gray in the front and black/gray in the back. Dumb butt Jake asked about a month ago if I had used hair dye. What, to make the back look darker than the front? I had considered using dye so it would all be at least a similar shade, but after reading all the hoopla here, well, I'd just look like some 50 plus woman who dyed her hair, right? And I wouldn't pick blond. It just looks like crap on me that way, IMHO. -

Gotta see that one! Make sure those pics are in color though so we get the full effect.
LMAO Brad.. you're a hard man to satisfy... heres one just took and it's normal and in color...
I was looking at those pictures doc.. how do you think they would look just natural, no glamour, no expenisive make-up, tan, clothing, hairdos, expensive photo touch-up shoots.. i had some "glamour shots: taken at a mall one time a while back.. i was so glamoured up i didn't even recognize myself, i love the natural look.. touch of make-up.. as far as blonde i'll never do that again lmao..

Imagin......you are 100 percent correct. Natural is best. (Those pictures I posted are simply what I could find at randon on the Web. And yes, I suspect a lot of these made-up gals, in their natural state, would not compare to the lovely picture of you in pink. Or is that dusty rose?)
You look fabulous. I'd pay for pictures of you!!!
