  • I have been thinking about this for days,if you already have an account at a casino and you are buying free chips,a bonus or free spins cannot LBC have an automated reponse with a "code" or "pin" "link" something that can/will add your purchase immediantly? It is kinda hard to wait 2-3 days to get your purchase sometimes :(

  • if things could be that automated dont you think they would already have it?

    different casinos, different rules, different platforms ... not realistic imo

    This is not a bad idea. I don't see why the casinos wouldn't set up this system. Generating codes would be simple enough for LCB.  The player could simply take the generated code and enter it into their cashier.  The casino would set up simple qualification parameters in the same way they do with other bonus codes.  You either qualify for the bonus or you don't. Think of all the work it would save blueday!  lol!  If for some reason, the code is denied, the player would send a screen shot of the denial along with a request for a refund to blueday.  I'm sure there are other factors that come into play, but this idea is, by no means, unrealistic.    

  • In an ideal world, yes that would be wonderful.  In an ideal world, every chip purchased would be granted but at a rate of 45%-50% of all purchases being denied, it would be a hard task to keep track.

    I think that is the beauty of mama's idea.  You have the full burden of submitting all these chip purchases, waiting to hear from casinos about unqualified purchases, emailing members this information, refunding accounts,  and omg what DON'T you do!?!  (That list would be easier.)   All that.  All that could be reduced  (ideally. lol) to the refunding process.

    Oh well... Job security? heh heh heh Seriously. Thanks for all you do for us, Blueday! You are appreciated!

    hahah booooo right back at ya cheesy  Im just being realistic. First,  members need to read the rules and abide accordingly. But we know all most ppl dont bother to read. And that is causing most of the porblems.

    Secondly, if every casino was using the same platform, same type of bonuses etc then i would think this suggestion would be viable option and a good one too, yes dare I say it. tongue

    I have had three purchases refunded because of this. Turns out, I don't actually know everything...  (ikr!  I was shocked, too!)  Frankly, I'm surprised that there isn't a penalty assessed for this. I would understand completely...

    I've refunded your cash purchases 9 times already, saying exactly the same thing each time.   At no time have you contacted me so I thought if I do nothing, you may well get in touch, which you have.

    Yes you have successfully spent $5 but my message has laid out what is required each time.  I've made you an offer each time which you have never responded to.

    I will refund them again but please be clear that you need to comply with the message before you will be eligible to purchase a cash item.  This will be the 10th and 11th time I've refunded you.
