Caution when play in PokerStars

I tell you what is happening at PokerStars with some video slots that do not give the payments when a combination appears, it happened to me a week ago playing free spin session the game blitz joker classic in where I got an online winning combination of 3 jokers which applied a payout but the game didn't pay me anything, I took a screenshot and sent it to the PokerStars live help and they I was told that in the game history they had another very different combination so they are still studying what happened this is the third time what happens winning combination comes out and does not pay and marks the pokerstars system another, so I have been waiting for a response for a week and nothing !! Caution ⚠️

It's quite difficult to win whether in slots or any other games...

And then when you should have won and don't get paid... I encounter it myself... the your feeling is horrible!!!

PokerStars is one of our competitor sites, and speaking specifically for The States, Pennsylvania more specifically, I know that the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board (PGCB) oversees and strictly regulates online gaming apps. I know if you were here, you would first reach out to live chat, call the casino's toll free number, and report the bug. They would certainly fix it, and if not, you would be able to contact the PGCB for resolution. Based on your screenshot, you indeed have a line hit. Hopefully they took care of you, credited your account.
