    Hello! I collected 25usd and bought 25 mbtc at the shop. I did not get mbtc and I asked about it in the chat. Agent said that my mbtc request is denied. Now I dont have chipc at my account and dont have mbtc in my wallet. What must I do?

    Your chips have been refunded.  You need to be a member for 3 months before you can purchase a cash item.  I have confirmed the rule that states this in my message to you this morning.  You also need to start spending all those chips you have earned as you cannot buy a cash item with them - you need to spend them on casino chips from the shop and once the 3 months is up, you will need to earn the further $25 to purchase your cash item.
