    Recently, I been having problems with a few casinos that I regularly go to. When I go there it would let me play the games if I had money but, it would disappear when I go to the cashiers or it will give me a microsoft error (casino shell). The other casinos I have no problems. Does anybody have the same problems as me or can help me?

    I have this kind of prob with 32Red so I just close it down and start again and it's usually ok.

    if its  microsoft problem ,u should uninstall the casino whole program (if the casino is downloaded version) ,update the IE(internet explorer) and flash then reinstall the casino once again and restart your PC it should be work once u open the casinos. smiley

    That happens to me with some Microgaming casinos. I often just need re-install that casino and it usually works. If not, then as Johnny said, check your software updates.

    Your suggestion work.  I checked Java and Flash and was told to restart the computer.  I did, now it works

    From computer programmer view I can say also that some casinos contains serious bugs. For example I'm on bet365 and using flash interface with flash debug and frequently I can see warnings. Which means that they are not well programmed. Also sometimes some panels are missing or for example I'm hiding the live video but sometimes I can hear it. Which is shame for bet365 as they have nice sportbook offers and they won various awards.

    To be fair this is not a problem everyone experiences and so it is down to your system.

    Quite possibly this could be down to not having the right files on your computer or out-dated versions.

    Get what everyone else has said and also the "microsoft visual c++ re-distributable", it installs a lot of essential files that many certain apps require
