Computer Question

I'm no computer expert.

My kids have their own computers but used my work computer.  >:( 

I have new stupid tool bars across the top which I finally was able to remove.

Now.. I'm getting pop up's of surveys.  >:(

Any ideas how to fix this... I really don't want to buy another new computer.

I just got a pop up that said "You are the 714th visitor at Latestcasinobonuses.com.  Click ok to win free poker.

you just need to enable pop up blocker, maybe your kids turned it off, what browser are you using, firefox, internet explorer or google chrome, it is easy to fix, if it is the pop up blocker...

if you are using firefox goto tools, options then click the content TAB, and make sure the first tick box is clicked for block pop ups and click apply and ok

and if you are using internet explorer goto, tools then at the bottom is options, then goto privacy TAB, then make sure the tick box for pop up blocker is ticked, then click apply and ok.

i just read your new post, hmmm, maybe you have some spyware too, your kids went on some websites maybe and got spyware on your computer, maybe you need to download and run spybot search and destroy, install it and run it, just do a search in google, i am sure you will find it

Gabby go to filehippo.com good site free software, get Spybot Search and Destroy, and CCleaner, run spybot then ccleaner enabling all the advanced options, reboot atleast twice , run ccleaner again

You could also try Avast, it's a free antivirus program that also has anti-spyware protection.
