WHO BELIEVES IN THE BIG BAD RANDOM NUMBER GENERATOR,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

Or guys and girls is it as much a conspiracy as clear your cache,, very much bordering on and up there with Obama punts coke to cobra Gypsies in India,, J.F.K ,The Worlds Flat or my personal favourite Mrs Obama IS a manthumbs_up and do you think that the cookies and other information casinos place on your computer may and very much possible effect your pay out.,, like after a right good win like BIG BIG win,, because surely if there a random generator it would then be impossiable say to open a slot at one site play say 50 spins at 50p, then visit say another 4 casino play exactly the same slot the same amount a spins and bet value, and every spin plays out in the exactly the same way spin for spin at these different sites,,, just like when I do get a good win on a slot I then go to another site open same slot and low and behold nice win again....... RANDOM number generator I say is a totally and utterly fabrication and does not exist,,,, its used only as a tool of blame or deception like Saddam Hussein,,,,,, please come tell me your thoughts and opinions and be interesting to know how many players believe they do or don't,, me I don't not every since a customer support man told that they could read real time information,,,,, mmmmm what the fox hatstand solo and strong say how it is

  • There is no reason to doubt the existence of random number generator. You may doubt the Return to player percentage but only at casinos which are powered by the software that allows them to alter it, such as RTG for example. But from the posts you have made in the past, I take it you play Microgaming or NetEnt games mainly, and those games are hosted and controlled by their respective software providers.

Indeed, casino can monitor your play, just as you are monitored while playing in land based casinos after all, but casinos themselves cannot meddle in the outcome of your spins. Which are random. Assuming that casino is providing you with genuine games that is. This is why I would strongly suggest you check out our rogue casino list and infom yourself whether we found a particular casino is using pirated games or not.

  • Hi Stephen,

That is quite a thesis you have written. I feel compelled to give a rebuttal on every point you made but then again, I would go on forever and get off the almighty topic of IS RNG REAL!

Like the assassination of JFK -  was the killer at the book depository or in hiding in the grassy knoll when he was shot in Dallas. RNG is one of the biggest debates in the gambling community and I suspect it will be for a long time to come.

In my observation, it is interesting to see those that doubt it exists are on a losing streak. It is rarely questioned by any player who has landed a big win!

Over the years here at LCB the question of RNG has been a topic of discussion more than once, A few years back there was a comment made by a member that I never forgot and at least for me, rang a truth that debunked the whole theory RNG to a certain degree.

The general gist of what he said from a different angle -

If the RNG is real and is purely random then how is there such control on the number of winners especially big jackpot and progressive winners. He went on to say that it is predictable at least from the RNG perspective.

It made sense to me because if the RNG is purely random with unpredictable outcomes, then how can we pretty much predict the number of big winners is very slim. It is a fact that if a machine is paying out too much, the casino can request to have the RNG tightened up. Sure we the player can't predict the outcome, but the RNG can predict how often and when the time is ripe to hit the progressive.

Is that not controlling the outcome?

    Food for thought..........

  • You know guys it seems to me a very raw nerve may have been irritated again here and no one said yhat jfk was not murdereded in cold blood and NOTE PLEASE a have stated that on the other side of the coin I won and big four figuers one very close to five figuers but hence these wins were ot random as you would take the meaning of random from the dictionary,, but pardon me for saying what is true for me and has happened because all am doing is stating FACTS OF WHICH  I have played lived but honestly it seems as though they turn them slots on and off ,,, thats how I play now if a slot pays big get to another casino fast play the same slot and I bet you it pays there to 1 slot 5 casinos all and every one payed 1000 to 9,800  and all spun exactly same near twin like spin for spin if they are so random try what am saying then as I should not be able to use a system on random out comes not    think

    cool

  • Maybe THIS will help.

RNG is completely legit. There is absolutely no way that identical spins or card flips or dice rolls will occur within a casino group that utilizes an RNG Algorithm. RNG is real.  Period.

This is a lot easier to accept when you also understand  that  RNG is only one part of the equation.  What?  You thought that RNG was an absolute?  Not hardly. Don't forget RTP! Return To Player is a parameter that is completely controlled by the casino/software provider. RTP is measured by percentages. You should note that real RTP represents the full lifetime of a particular slot or game and that bet size can play a huge factor in distorting the perception of an actual RTP.

This is a screenshot of a win I received on a 1 cent bet.

The payout is 3001 X bet size! 3001% RTP !!  AMAZING!  Am I right?

Are you getting the picture?  RNG operates within the parameters of a set RTP.  The algorithm will generate spins randomly WITHIN the specified parameters. The entire process is very deceiving when you understand how a win like this distorts perceived outcomes, giving the casino far more flexibility in terms of shifting the outcome in their favor. My advise?  Stop looking to these regulatory tools as though they were put in place to police.  This is the reality.  They were put in place to pacify. Not police.

  • Whoops.  3000% RTP.

    *Rolls eyes

That's what happens when I get in a know it all mode. I apologize.  lololol

  •  I think there is a lot  of  proof of RNG's;   for example:  getting a bonus on the first spin right after the  end of a bonus round.    Has happened to me several times.   It  really boils down  to the milli/micro second you initiate the  command, click the mouse, etc.  As  it was mentioned  about the RTP  --that is over the lifetime of the machine so you should expect  hot and cold runs,  we just can't  know exactly when that will occur however.

  • Wait,   Kjeisenbarth,  were you really only playing 1 line (1 cent)  and you got that hit  from 3 Dice?

This ia correct.  I have many hits like this at 3Dice.

I actually have several more recent hits like this but I guess I stopped taking screenies after about the 10th lowball win:)))))))))))

  • Wow,  I really feel kinda' like a dope !!    No wonder I couldn't  hit it big on  those games.   I was playin'  all the lines.......LMAO!!!

Is that  so?  I do that also...

  • OMG!! Kjeisenbarth,  those are some sick wins!!   are those for real, tournament or what?   I only play Penta Pay during a tourney because of the high volatility.

Real:)))))))These are just a few.  When was the last time you played at 3Dice?  My biggest win was 11k in October of 2015.  A couple of my recent big wins have seen my bankroll reach 2 to 3k.There is, admittedly, some longish stretches of play with little to no decent wins-- but that doesn't stop me from depositing because I know the tide will turn. It always does.   My experience with this casino is that  when the reels start landing, max up.  When the reels are slow, play low.  I'm not sure how folks are capable of not playing at this casino once they start.  Everything about this casino is special and different.  Did you hear about the upcoming upgrade?  Flash is on the way.  Rumor has it that there is at least one--maybe two new games and the tourneys will have new features like  team play.  I can not wait!!!

(This thread has been high jacked by my 3Dice Screenies.  I apologize to op!)

  • No, I do not believe in RNG. Instead I believe that the stats are the key element. That is the reason for you can not win too much, even the RNG could let you. Stats overrule RNG.
