    Hiya Guys and Dolls,

    Once the US legalizes online gambling do you feel there will be any cons as a result? Being able to play out of the comfort of our homes is an ideal scenario. But what effect will it have on the land based casinos.

    Could the glitz and glamor of land based casinos like Vegas be replaced by the online experience?

    Times they are a changing and it is a world that progresses into a much more convenient techno world. Would you as gamblers not go to land based casinos if had the option to play online?

    I don't think online gambling will ever replace land based casinos.

    I haven't been to a land based casino but the environment is an exciting one. smiley  If only they didn't keep every one so dang cold inside.

    I like playing online but I think many like to hit, cash out and be able to pocket the money right away.  There is nothing like hitting, cashing out and being able to put smaller increments in a machine or at a table with winnings still in your pocket.

    I know this question doesn't really affect me, but I would certainly travel 5,000 miles to go to Las Vegas casinos....I would hope that your casinos are safe from going "under" just because of online gambling.

    i think the big casinos might put up an online gaming i think harrahs casino was thinking on it.

    well online casinos will take a huge amount of land based casino´s customers,but they can´t replace them completely.. they´re too much fun smiley

    It may have some effect initially but ya can't beat the land based experience. I can gamble online here but I still crave the land based night out.

    I don't think it is really gonna hurt either. They are both gambling but completely two dif worlds. Everyone still likes to go out now and again and have a good time at land based casinos.
