    i dont think malta is a good authoroty so why should curacao become a good one .you ever complained to malta ?they never help you and always rule for the casinos afraid they will miss the license fees and tax income.the only good one is uk .that is why most rogue casinos are fleeing the uk .

    Licenses... They are nothing more than a tag that make you feel safe and then they sell their tag to casinos because players want to play casinos with licenses. Therefor licenses work for the casinos, its the casinos that is their customer and pay for them. So licenses are there to "look" like they protect players so that players want casinos to have that license which give value to it and make the casinos want to pay for it.

    Gaming comissions are working with/for the casinos and not for the players. They act as the authority and make players want a license but it's all a front. First licenses were created and operated by casinos themselves and i suspect the others to be controlled at the top by casinos too. So they always side with the casinos EXCEPT if the casino refuse to follow the industry "directives" and go their way, then comissions will smash these casinos and rule for players to punish them, show them who rules and who have the power in this industry. Then they use their actions against therse to promote their license and show they are really doing something.

    Forums, comissions, everyone is paid by the casino industry and work in their interest as their faith is linked together. They are not the legal authority though. They just act as is so that players think that in case they get frauded/cheated/other they need to adress forums then comissions if forums didnt work. Then when the comission side with the casino people give up thinking its  court judgement which is not. They make believe.. like casinos industry always been there for.. make believe.. create illusion. That way players that get cheated don't get justice and give up thinking they used all their ressources. Its all... on purpose...

    MGA is not perfect but does offer some protection and they do regulate a lot of casinos. After all half of the gambling indsutry is based in Malta ( tax reasons of course ). But I have seen them ruling in favour of players.

    UKGC is the "harshest" regulator indeed, and Curacao at the moment gotta be the worst one. So if Curacao can do things as half good as Malta , that i would argue, would be a big leap forward

Malta and the UKGC have seen an increase in casino revenue and the last thing they need is another scandal. I really don't trust Curacao bc of the lack of player protection but Malta has really increased their player protection by adding more directives and getting on casinos for breaching them. You can take a look by going to The Pogg and seeing the results that he produces. Most of the casinos that breach the terms actually comply and return the money lost without even appealing to the MGA.

    I agree that certain forums like casinomeister is very shady and their PAB service looks out for the interest of the casinos because of the ad dollars they pay. But The Pogg on the other hand is bi partisan and goes by the licensing gambling directives and because of ADRs like this is what makes me comfortable gambling online.

    So untill Curacao has the exact same player protection as malta you will never see me put a cent in any of their casinos!!!

    that said there are some good casinos that operate under Curacao license, however we all know when there is an issue with one of those "shadier" Curacao based op's then you are on your own brother... well not quite true as at least we got places like LCB here , thepogg u mention ( although they are quite small community and I would assume smaller reach ) or even CasinoMeister you mention, can help us , the players.
