Excluded from all advertised rewards / promo??

In the past week twice now I've been told my account doesn't qualify for advertised offers. Cryptoleo I made 3 clean deposits, lost all my funds and realized I wasn't earning the loyalty rewards for "leveling up". Support tells me my account is blocked from loyalty program and bonus but refuses to tell me why. 
Decode casino has done the same to me. 1st deposit I did win and cashed out after using a free bonus. Made 2nd deposit clean and lost. Then tried claiming the monthly "courtesy" spins advertised in their promos - Nope. Support said "account not eligible for any free bonus at this time" even after a clean deposit. Then I tried several promo codes from sites like this one and others - again I was told I cannot redeem ANY free bonus? 

Both sites refuse to give an explanation or reasoning for my "bonus excluded" status. 
 

How / why did this happen? I literally deposited $ on both sites. For rewards on leocrypto the site reads "available to all players" and for each decode code I tried - I met all terms listed for each one. 
is it all false advertising or is it really just me? Why is it such a secret? Suspicious. 

Dear CheeseLoser777, in my mind one question arises why you took part in casinos which offered bonuses?

When you had completed the wagering requirement then maximum cash out is limited. Casino slots are completely based on luck then why you are not playing without bonus it will be better I think so.

I agree completely: I only used a no deposit spin offer on sign up at cryptoleo - after it was all clean deposits. Decode same thing I used it as a new player only. Last was a clean deposit and yet they still wouldn't allow me to claim any codes.
 I was trying to redeem completely free spin offers - I know it's rare to overcome the wager requirements but for free, im always willing to take a shot.
