I see you are no longer at cm. You should have been left that place. Things has changed for the worst there. What was once a cool place. Has turned into an old folks home. B and M are two crumpy old men. They pick and chose and have their favorite lap dog (N29). A lot of the old members have left of the last couple of years. Because they saw the change. B and M has managed to ruin that entire forum.

LCB is the best forum. Though I would love to see more topic discussed here. I think with all our effort. Things here can and will get wild and crazier.

if you say something the "clan" disagrees with you get banned.  It's so obvious.  WHen they came up with the phrase kiss A**, they must've had CM in mind and his merry crew.

I fear it wasn't only posting the thread here.  It was also because many members were posting they still were not paid by rushmore casino for their December 2011 withdrawals. I was in that boat for 3 months but was finally paid via wire. When I posted information I recieved from my VIP rep regarding what was going on. CM members accused me of promoting the casino.  This was untrue, I never promoted them and I actually said I that I discouraged players from depositing until they got their act together(to paraphrase). then when I posted that I was paid after I told my vip rep that I was contemplating legal action as it had already been 3 months and I needed the money and said that when asked I qualified that legal action might include "disputing charges" up to the amount they owed me(as I had deposited far more than they owed me);  I was verbally attacked for "promoting chargebacks".

A back and forth discussion insued.  I said that a dispute of charges was not a chargeback and they said it was.  I stated that only the bank could chargeback a transaction and only after the company that submitted the charges was given 30-90 day(depending on the bank) to respond to the "dispute".  If said that hopefully during that period of time they would decide to get a player paid rather than have a chargeback occur. However, if they replied to the dispute so as the bank ruled in their favor, there would be no chargeback and that the player could drop the dispute at any time.  Unfortunately this is the only "legal" means u.s. players have to "force:" casinos adhere to their own terms and conditions , conditions that players must adhere to.

Additionally, a dispute doen't no always end in a charge back.  I am a member of bankersonlin.com.  there are posts that verify what I say.  Players read and must follow the casinos terms and conditions and also must rely on the information posted on the casinos website regarding methods of withdrawal and the time it takes to process the withdrawal request and receive payment. Never in 5+ years at playing at Rushmore group has it taken over 5 weeks to finally be paid and that was when they were having processor issues.  I was and still have always been paid. But, when your are given the runaround, unreasonable excuse after excuse and still no payment after 3 months. IMO a player has every right available to them to force payment due.  Actually, eventhough the casino agreement may mention "disputing or charging back deposits" it does not "legally" negate the other terms other terms and conditions posted on their website regarding payment of winnings.  If they breach the terms it makes the "contract" between them and the player void in respect to the remainder of the terms that would prohibit the player from seeking legal action, or disputing the services they paid for. Which IMO includes being paid as within the time frame stated.

Anyone have an opinion on this.  And please realize I am not saying a player should commit fraud by disputing deposits they made simply because they lost, or disputing until the casino has been given all chances of paying within the timeframe promised.
