This time of year I break out my recipe box for some of my favorite comfort foods & drinks. Just got done making homemade Irish Cream (aka Baileys) which I LOVE in my coffee. Best thing about it...you can make it as strong or weak as you like...me, I prefer using dang near a half bottle instead of a third...and man, does it put a little glow in my cheeks after one cup of coffee. My honey is on his way home right now...and I think he might just score a little luvin' when he arrives 
Recipe for anyone who'd like to try it, has been around in my family for about 30 years although I'm sure there are several on the internet as well.
3 eggs
1 can sweetened condensed milk
3 tablespoons chocolate syrup
3 teaspoons vanilla
2 teaspoons cream of coconut
1/3rd bottle Irish Whiskey
Mix all ingredients into a blender, blend about 3 minutes. Pour into container(s) and store in refrigerator.

mmmm mmm mmm thank you so much hymacaw.. i am a coffee drinker to the heart.. gotta have my coffee, it's like don't even speak to me til i have it in my system, my hand is crimped for the mug handle, it's like somethings missing if i don;t have a cup in my hand.. lol i get excited when i smell it!
Yup...me too Imag..don't even think about looking me in the eyes in the morning til I've had at minimum, two big cups of coffee. I have the best husband ever...he doesn't drink coffee...but he always makes sure there is a pot of coffee ready to brew each morning before he leaves the house...just cuz
