    My wife was a new player on VIP Lounge Casino. She cashed out money. The check was sent fed-ex and due to be delivered today (per tracking number). VIP lounge called and stopped delivery!!! Has anyone had trouble getting paid from them? Any help or feedback is appreciated. The people at VIP say they did not stop payment, yet fedex gave us the name of the person who did. It was someone from there financial department and they are not giving us any answers. Do you think we will get paid?

    yes a very large amount to me.....1800.00  now they are telling me they are checking into it and will get to the bottom of the problem and i will get my money. do u think i will??????

    Just make sure the correct casino!!     I wanted to weigh in here.  I have played the Virtual Casino Group of Casinos for over 2 yrs now.  Which VIP Lounge is a part of.  I know the managers, chat people etc. If you played a No Deposit bonus code. (Free chip) Without making a deposit and made the playthru. Its a coin toss if they pay you.  If you MADE A DEP and then cashed out made your playthru etc. Or if you played a NO MAX NO PLAYTHRU bonus you should get paid!! It may take a month or longer. Their sites say 7-10 days.  Also the fine print T&C's. Few players know about. That's terms and conditions for those who don't know SAY: that if your LIFETIME FREE CHIPS or ie NO DEPOSIT BONUSES exceed the AMOUNT YOU have deposited, they can deny your withdrawal. They keep a tally of ALL FREE CHIPS, FREE BONUSES to your account that you claim and play.  They also keep track of bonuses deposited. This is a rule that exists but I have been paid and claimed more free chips than I have deposited. Always read the T&C's ALL OF THEM!!

    That is nice winning big at VIP lounge but according to the terms and condition you could only max cash certain amount since its free chips. After winning almost 5000 dollars I only could cashout 500 dollars not bad but they still sent the money via ACH account. Try that instead of fedex. Keep on bugging them!!!
