Hi Members,
I went to bed last night and woke with about 5 hours sleep. A few nights ago i slept 4 hours! For me the issue is not being able to sleep. That is not a problem for me. You can throw me on a clothes line and i will pass out.
I can sleep on the couch, a chair, the floor, or the back of a pick truck and i am out like a light in less than 5 minutes. My problem is i don't know when to go to bed. If i go before midnite, that is a rare moment.
I have to have at least 6 hours sleep in order to feel bright eyed and bushy tailed in the morn!!!! Anything less than that and I'm running on adrenaline.

I've got a brother...When he was a toddler, he could fall asleep just on the floor!
Now he's 20 and I should say since that time nothing changed! lol But now it can be a bath, a car...
I'm just visa-versa! As for number of hours...I need 8 hours at least, 9's just perfect!
Do you know that if women want to look fresh and beautiful in the morning we should fall asleep from 11pm to midnight! I wonder how badly I look every day!?! lol -

that's really funny lips, i had to buy an extra bottle of eye drops just to see anything...sleeping 3-4 hours a night is starting to wear this vampire down...i see nothing...i know nothing!

That guy would sleep only 4 hours a night!! I just can't do that..Even when young, I could go 24-48 hours, but now..No way there.
