    Hi, tomorrow me and my wife are going to the exposition from Gunther von Hagens.

    I am not going to post any pictures, cause i don't want to make people sick or upset, but if you wanna see what its about go to www.bodyworlds.com.

    I think it is highly amazing, to see the human body anatomy in this way and i think it is a form of art, in a bizarre kinda way.......

    I voted that it is art, but I am not sure I would actually call it that. I have seen the exhibit in Boston back in 2006 and it is absolutely fascinating. It is truly incredible. But, it is not done in any way that is distasteful, or sickening, or gory.

    Do take a jaw strap with you Johan or your mouth will be hanging open the whole time. I can't wait to hear how you and your wife like it! I would certainly see it again if I had the chance!

    You were absolutely right Katt, it was fantastic, amazing, and i should have brought a jaw strap with me like you said.
    It is not distasteful at all, and i don't think the intention is to shock people.
    It is wonderful to see insight the human body in almost a picturesque way.

    Daan was not amused, i think she won't sleep tonight.
    She does thinks it is to shock people and i guess that happened to her............lol

    definitely worth visiting and it is for sure something different then going to the movies or a play.........

    Interesting but i am not so sure i would consider it "art" more like exploratory surgery  tongue. But because it is something so different and outside the box i would def go see one of his exhibitions.
