Happy Thanksgiving - What's Cooking?

I have my hands full here yesterday and today with my shells for the double chocolate cream cheese cream puffs.  I have never had a problem in the past.  Usually its 2 sets of 14 shells.  I have now gone thru 5 sets and found out my problem 10 minutes ago.  Each set of shells get 4 eggs beaten into them.  This year I bought a 36 container of eggs from Sams Club.  Here the eggs are smaller than the grocery store eggs hence when I added a 5th egg to the 5th set they turned out beautiful.  I scrounged enough shells for 34 cream puffs out of 70 shells.  Its now onto the filling.

Oh I've got lots cooking for my Thanksgiving in Plymouth and I'm doing it all by myself. I've got to rest up for this task. The only thing I am missing is some home baked sweets. We had such great desserts back home but I don't bake. All store bought 

Going to my older sisters place...Nothing special this year.

I've been booged (is it bogged?) down with extra hours at work, i have to  work today 9 am to 6pm got bankers hours but on a holiday lol, so i'll be spending my Thanksgiving at work.. which is a wonderful thing (double pay) i'm blessed and thankful to be working..it's a hard, but very possible world out there, they will be having a full Thanksgiving Dinner for all who work today so i won't be cooking..

Lips i have never had Oyster Dressing nor have never heard of it lol..you're gonna have to describe that..i have had Summer Squash Dressing and that is delicious..

Froggy i remember my first time i cooked a Thanksgiving Dinner.. it all tasted really good.. but then later everyone got sick.. i umm.. didn't cook the turkey fully.. Everyone teased me for years.. "stay away from her thanksgiving meals"

Gabby.. chocolate cream puffs mmm mmm,you do have your hands full, seems as though you are making enough to feed a small army, thats alot of cream puff!

Our nanny fixed the kids and me an authentic Italian dinner for Thanksgiving.  Then, football all afternoon.  A great day!!!
