Hello ALL!  I have been gone for a while.  But, take heart and be of good cheer...I am baaack!  (I was in jail a while and on a world gambling spree...Ehhh, more on that later.)  Folks, I did not spam anyone.  I will pull your chains, but spaming people is a no-no.

Jail.  I was in jail for "pimping."  I have a female friend who wanted to make some extra cash entertaining gentlemen.  So...I introduced her to some of my college bodies.  Well...aparently, that is a felony.  And, I am probation, so I had to do some time.  In jail there are two rules:  Make friends with the biggest, meanest, strongest heterosexual.  And, take fast showers and don't pick up the soap no matter what.  Really.

Johnny.....well, one of the buddies has a wife who is a real spoil sport.  She filed a formal complaint of pandering, etc....well, the local assistant DA was determined to make a big deal of this.  No, I never got a cut.  I don't want or need the money.  But, apparently it is a no-no to even set it up.

Markotik......Here are some survival tips.  1.  Make sure someone from the outside sends you spending money and lots of treats.  You can use them to bribe and trade favors.  2.  Make friends with the toughest heterosexual.  3.  Using the money and treats, get one guard as your friend.  4.  Take advantage of religious opportunities.  You get more freedoms and opportunities.  5.  DO NOT make eye contact with the mentally ill prisoners.

So, I was wondering, does this conviction now make you have to register as a sex offender, and, if so, does that have any impact on your visitation with your two young daughters?  I hope not!  That would be awful.

chilly....no, it does not.  But, I am on probation for the next 5 years.

Probation isn't all that nice, but it's a lot more fun than incarceration.  Doc, I'm glad there were no further sanctions as I had asked.  Good luck with the probation I hope the time goes by well for you.

Johnny and Chilly...many thanks for the concern.  Well...I've been on probation 22 of the last 30 years. I'm not worried about.  My lawyer is good!  And she is burning HOT!  Worth the $400 an hour and the after hours drinks! 

Always a good idea to go for the best when choosing a lawyer.  A good multipurpose one is even better. 

Chilly...correct!  And...a lawyer with fabulous hair, sexy legs and a superior rack!  Who is bi polar and forgets to take her pill when she is on manic swings!  Yeahhhh!

You just need to be in the right place, at the right time.
