    Hiya LCB'ers,

    Since the move to new forum layout the time format has been reset to default server time for all members.

    I have received few PMs with questions on how to update to your local time zone.

    Here is how :

    1. Go to your profile




    2. Scroll over "Modify Profile" and from the drop down menu click on "Look and Layout"




    3. From here click on "auto detect" ( this will recognize your local time )




    4. Click on "Change Profile" on the same page in order to save ( located at the lower right corner )



    That's it wink

    Hello Zuga,

    I dont know if its just me but my time is off.  I followed the instructions above hoping it would realign but it didnt.  I used the autodetect.

    My clock is showing 11:35am April 2 and it is actually 7:35pm April 1st

    Hi Looneysyl - the autodetect is "out" by 8 hours so you need to adjust your time back the number of hours it is out. 

    Whatever you are showing in your profile, (from the times you have shown in your post) looks like you need to adjust backwards by -16 hours.  So if you are showing 8, you should make it -8.  Hope you sort it out.

    there was a bug with default time offset, which has been fixed now.

    If your time is still off, please see my first post and update to your local time zone.

    I hear ya Blue. Our tech guys have been extremely busy, so the fix was delayed... And it turned out to be 30 min of work laugh_out_loud  Though the actual locating the problem took bit more time.

    Anyhooo tomorrow one of them is going to look into the spell check bug ( yes finally ! ) .
