    Joseph...thanks for asking.  As you recall, I started two businesses.  The first, a jury selection consulation firm.  We use psychological profiling to "pick" a jury favorable to our client.  (Working with the clients' attorney, ofcoarse.)

    The second is a Human Resources Downgrading Firm.  In other words, when a business decides to do mass firings I come in with my team and do the unpleasant deed in a professional and humane way.

    I have had three juries with the first business.  Won 2, lost 1, but that was due to OVERWHELMING evidence favoring the other side.  No amount of jury selecting hocus-pocus would change that.  I require my fee upfront, so I still got paid but didn't collect my "win bonus" which is always in the contract.

    I have had two companies hire me for massive layoff management.  Messy, messy work.  But, better me doing it than incompetent HR staff.  Money is good, though.
