    Everyone loses, you can't win always.
    I go to play football or train in the fitness. I am very angry if I lose a lot of money and I have a lot of energy to spend

    Yes, when you have lost some money - you had a lot of negative energy.
    I'd like to play football, go to swimming pool or just work..
    And then return to play...

    I usually bet one more time.
    And if I loose again then I go to play soccer or I watch TV,or go for a walk.
    But I never bet 3-rd time.
    Because it is not good to loose all your money.

    After my mind it is very important to relax some hours after you loosing money.
    Because if you will be nervous you can loose even more.
    When I loose I prefer to listen good music , to read something interesting.
    It always helps me.

    Sometimes I am getting angry and analyzing the situation - what made me lost money.

    If it is weekend I usually go to football match, or even can get drunk if the loss was "unfair"

    Oh,there are many ways to relax when losing money.
    I play chess for example with my friends just for fun.
    And when I win I am very happy.
    And I I don't think any more about the money I have lose.
