how was everyones christmas

Hi i was just wanting to talk about how was your Christmas and talk about mine. I'ts been a while since i had a really good christmas, so I thought this one wasnt going to be any different. Every since my parents passed away, and my children grew up and moved on their own and the grandchildren never come around we dont enjoy it much anymore. But this Christmas was different. See we are moving in a new trailor closer to our son and family. the place was suppose to be ready in 2 weeks after we got here first part of November. Now it's going on 2 month in a day. So any wat our daughter came in from Florida and got together with our daughter in law and took me new supplies for the house. They said "new house new stuff". It was so much fun getting together with them and getting what I wanted and they helped me pick out the color i decorate the bathrooms and the kitchen.  Then christmas eve brought anoyher surprise. Our two grandsons got us a air fryer so we can eat healthy.  My older grandson also surprised me with a new washer and dryer for our place  lol and I thought I was going to have to go to the laundry matt.And my daughter who couldnt make it in this year sent us money.  Also about 7 months ago i lost my wedding band, and never found it. Well my husband surprised me with a new one this Christmas. Now I feel married again and ready to move into our new place. What I'm trying to say is we felt so alone and like none of the kids and grandchildren or family cared about us, because my husband was hurt bad and we were alone and trying to make it and didnt tell any of the kids thinking we didnt want to bother anyone and trying to do ourselves. But when they hunted us down and found out what happened everything changed. And now we know they do care!!!

Glad you had a great and memorable Christmas Victoria. Ours was good, glad its over so we can get back to normal and start on next year lol. Happy New Year hun.

So glad to hear things worked out Victoria.    I had a nice Christmas as well.  My kids are home on break from college so we were all together this year and we were able to get time off work; that helped.    I agree Givennsz, kinda' need to focus on getting back to normal now.  After all the hype, it sure seemed to come and go fast.
