    OK, so the last person that could have been hired got fired for drug usage. Now here's a new occurance.

    hysterical hysterical hysterical  A worker who was new and being trained, has come to swing shift and works the machine opposite me. A few days ago, he came in with a really short haircut. He was asked by my trainer about it and said he did this for a friend.

    Yesterday, HR came and then asked him if he was a "Skinhead"!!! He said he wasn't and so they left him alone...I find this funny as he was and has been working with people of various race/ethnic people and never once said anything derogatory about them.  grin grin

    I'm wondering now is this the new PC where employers will see what your political views are and if they don't align with their's then you're not going to be hired?  dizzy dizzy

    To come and ask your colleague if he was a skinhead because he had a short haircut is absolutely absurd.  I'd be furious if I was him.    Where are your employers going to draw the line?  Shame on them for even THINKING that way.

    I've never been an employer but if I ever will be I wouldn't care if an employee has a short haircut, three eyes or 1.5 arms as long as he or she does the job.

    Thats rediculous and out of control, never giving an indication or action towards being one they ask him that because his head is shaved.. maybe the whole work crew should shave their heads in protest lmao.. if they come around asking are you a skinhead.. raise your pinky and one eyebrow up, flare your nostrils and say, why yes i am daaaarlin' and excuse me while i skittle to the powder room to shine my head..
