    I flew out to Calgary for a 3 week business trip. And was pleasantly surprised when I learned that the office in Calgary closes for the weekend - no one was allowed to work at this office on weekends. Therefore I, along with my team had 3 weekends to do whatever we wanted at the expense of the company! Well...we used one weekend to head into the mountains. Wow! What a humbling and yet magnificent experience...



    Notice the beam of sunlight shining through the clouds? I called out to it and yelled "God! If you love me, shine on me!" Then it got dark.



    LOL...the clouds did get more dense as they moved and the beam of sunlight came around until finally a burst of sunlight came right on me



    It felt good and warm to be loved!!!

    Which mountains are these and wheres the location?
    we made only two main stops - once in Banff and the other in Jasper - i believe the pictures on top were taken in Jasper and the bottom two in Banff.

    Yes it is beautiful Blue... I was born there, but spent most of my life living in the big city ( Belgrade capital of Serbia )...  I do have place in Kotor and spend almost every summer there...

    thanx Imagin.. Kotor is really beautiful, esp in summer time.. its a little Mediterranean city ( with old medival town ), that lies at end of the Boka Kotorska Golf... You should definitely consider visiting Montenegro.

    Its sure nice Soda.... but in order to see this view you would have to climb up to the clifts and old city walls all the way up to the main fortress/tower..
    And if you ask me thats too much trouble for this old man tongue
