    Hey guys,

    I know some of you might think it is a little too early to talk about Halloween but not for me!!!!  Halloween happens to be one of my favorite holidays!!!  Plus this Halloween my son turns 18!  Wooooo hooooo!!!

    Every year we have a party, but I want to do something different just not sure what.  I kinda miss the parties when he was younger and all the kids would dress up.  Sooooooo I was thinking of making it a costume party but I don't think his friends would dress up. 

    Pleaseeeeee help me here guys!  Thanks,

    Did you say Pirates??? Johnny Depp.........i would give up my front tooth for just one nite with him....of course dressed as the pirate.......killer!!!!!!!!!!  Did it suddenly get hot in here....wink!!

    You may be surprised as to just how much they may be willing to dress up!! I think dressing up at Halloween is ageless. I love Halloween too........maybe have alittle incentive to dress up.

    I had a Halloween party once.......and told everyone to really disguise themselves. Some didn't even speak til the votes were cast. Everyone chose a person they were stumped on. The peeps were then lined up....and it was guess time.

    Some of these costumes were really unique. The winner that was the most disguised one a prize! Since it's a younger group and not quite legal to drink...booze wouldn't be a prize!!!

    Since it's your son's b'day perhaps you can sweeten the pot......winner will have a ticket to a concert or event with your son. That way you have killed two birds with one stone.

    The b'day boy gets a ticket and so does his buddy that wins!!

    I think that would be an acceptable thing. A "Themed" party would permit others to come as their fav actors or creatures/role play.

    i got your jello shots nal, and Lips is right.....since i was a little girl till.....uhh...ummmmm........NOW, I love dressing up for halloween especially halloween parties, you might be surpised at how many of his friends will show up in costume, I think you had a great idea, stick with it girl!
