    shocked shocked shocked Yes, I did it not sure how long I can hold up but I am trying my best to forget about it. I miss it so much that it makes want to cry. I was so used to be with it for so long and not having it makes me want to eat and eat more and more. I loved it and cherished it. It was one of my best friend but I finally said good bye to it and I hope I will never go back to it.I MISS YOU BUT GOOD BYE,CIGARETTES!!! I quit finally! It's been 4 days since I stopped. I just did decide to quit with no particular reason... smiley smiley smiley

    Wow, Pam Wtg!!! I am very proud of you. I know that it is never easy to let something we used to love let go but I believe that it is all for the best for me and my family so I am going to try hard thank you for your support.

    More power to anyone who has kicked the habit! Unfortunately I have not been one of those, although, I really should quit if for nothing else, my health. I just really like to smoke! I know it sounds crazy but I really do enjoy it (eventhough it is so bad for my body). Maybe in the near future I will have the desire and the willpower to join the rest of you, but for now I stay a smoker.
