    It discusses the seizure of funds from several e-wallets.  I am still searching for the information on the "use my wallet", "quicktender" seizure of funds.

    So much for transparency in the U.S Federal Government.

    p.s. according to my research on ewalletXpress, players will likely never see their money anytime soon if ever.

    That final sentence was very worrying:  "Online US Casino players and US Poker players could be hard pressed to find fund processors very soon".

    It's obvious things are getting harder for casino and poker players and I just wonder how long it will be before the US Govt. gets it's act together and properly legalizes gambling.  They seem to be resting on their laurels over this and all the time they don't legalize it and get the ball rolling, its costing them billions in tax dollars.

    I want to swear but I won't!

    I have been researching more on the seizure of Quicktender and ewalletXpress funds. Believe it or not the amount of funds seized from ewalletxpress was minimal and quicktender funds seized was also not a devasting amount according to the DOJ/FBI news.
    So, I see no reason that either of these wallets cannot pay player back the funds the owe them to a casino account.
    Obviously it is too late for players to dispute the deposits they made to these ewallets up to the amount they had in their accounts. So now there is noway for players to get their money.

    Fortunately, I realized what was happening with both ewallets intime to transfer my money to a casino that had recently paid money to my ewallet account and then was able to request another payout method and got my money.

    I am so sorry for those that will never see the money they had in these ewallets.
