Issues with a casino, Bitsolt

Good afternoon everyone!

I am not sure if this casino is part of your wonderful forum, but I just wanted to make people aware of their current issues.

I have been playing at this casino for quite a while now. I am a regular depositor. Their cash outs are very quick. Sometimes faster than others, but I usually have my withdrawal in my Bitcoin wallet in less than 3 hours. I also love the fact that their deposit minimum is very low! 

So on the April 16th which was now 3 days ago, I made a small deposit. I waited a few moments to go back to their site to play. I went to play with my deposit, without any bonus claimed. Low and behold! There are NO GAMES FOUND! Um, what? So I contacted support immediately. They are always very responsive and helpful. They told me their site is having technical issues. I then asked how long do they predict it will be until I can play. They said they are working on it. So, I waited 4 hours, logged and back in, and the same message! I contacted support once again. I was told the same message. Technical issues, we are working on it.

I said thank you and ended the chat. so they let me deposit, I can withdraw the money deposited then since I claimed no bonus. I proceeded to do so. Guess what? I am STILL waiting for the withdrawal! Also, there are still NO GAMES FOUND! 

Please understand, I know how Bitcoin works. I may lose that money and I am not too upset because it was a very low amount. 

The reason I am upset is because it's been almost 4 days. My withdrawal is still pending and their games are STILL NOT FOUND! What really angers me is... A. they are still letting people deposit with all of these issues. B. they are still sending promos via email with deposit bonuses! 

I apologize for venting like this, but I am extremely upset.

Please be advised we don't have this brand listed. But please let us know if you need our assistance, we will contact them and ask for updates on your case. 

This casino is out of service right now. I deposited today and found ot they were having technical problems for the last few days. Not sure what is going on! They took my money and still promoting the site. Very upsetting!

Yes, that's why I am upset too! They should not be allowing people to deposit nor sending emails with promos.

Thank you very much! I will work it out. Like I said, I know I may lose my deposit and I am okay without seeing as it was such a small amount. 

I just wanted to warn others about their issues so no one makes any deposits.
