Kid left at Chuck E. Cheese's

hmm, crazy to be honest lips, seriously how can a mother forget a kid, let alone excuse being cos she has 10 kids, and the fact she didnt realize until the next day makes its worse, surely she could have noticed at bed time there was a kid missing and the other kids didnt say where is the 10th child, very strange if u ask me..

There were only 5 kids in our family when I was growing up, but even with half of the 10 children this lady has, my parents counted us all the time. I think my parents were looking for extras that we always tried to have tagging along though!

But that poor girl... and just lucky that someone bad did not figure it out and snatch her up!

Very strange and hard to believe... and what about a father? Does he exist? I read here a few articles about irresponsible mothers. I'm just wondering what is the father's role in a child's life?

I can't find an excuse for leaving one of your kids behind and like rosebud said she was the birthday girl makes it more perplexing how this happens. I hope the proper authorites do an assessement on the parents and household because in my estimation there ain't no excuses for this.

If your kids are young enough to enjoy a place like Chuck E. Cheese Pizza, they definitely need adult supervision. I think that's terrible and there's no excuse on the planet that would make that ok. It kinda reminds me of the Home Alone movies. That poor kid gets left behind in all the chaos.

I think this is the case in which any rational man cannot justify amount of irresponsability in any other way than simply extreme lack of inteligence. When you just think such people have the right to vote...

Since this is one in many similar extreme cases, makes me think some official institution should be created with a purpose to evaluate people before alowing them to have children.

What i don't get as well is.. the other kids not noticing she was gone. I raised one daughter,but with alot of nephews and nieces she was taught to always take care of one another, to always have each others back.. this is your family and they are important... It's very hard for me to comprehende,there is no way i could of walked out of chuck e cheese.., gotten in the car, drove all the way home, walked into the house, bathed my kids, put them to bed and slept all night without noticing that one of my children were missing.. definet neglect, definet carelessness, definet ignorance...

also at 5 years old she should know her  full name,mothers name, address and phone number.. and what about chuck e cheese wouldn't they have had her number if she booked a birthday party?
