Questions about LCB Shop - Moved thread

Great contest lips, can get some good reading material , btw I can't seem to find the shop still....

edit - the redeem credits, does not appear on that menu.

Sorry for posting here but i'm having the same problem as Just1Million, no "Redeem Credits" button on my end either. (delete this post if needed, thanks)

The Shop is live, only the redeem link and the chip count is not showing under the header yet ( it will be by tomorrow ).

Our system is currently calculating the chip amounts hence why it is not shown to members yet, however this is not affecting the contest in any way

edit - maybe you can make it so, that the past contributions to this forum, post count and previous stuff we did before, counts up to it so we can have more cents? would be nice and make up for January and February contest  

The chip count for each member is being calculated as we speak so I cannot comment on the present amounts.

As far as the loyalty chips being credited we will most likely go with that idea, which will be announced accordingly.

Quick question about points.. it says I have 0.20 so I  clicked on earn more points and it says .10 points for forum posts, my question is, is this an accumulated thing from our lifetime posts or does it start fresh from when the shop went live. thanks in advance.

@rayoflight your and everyone's chip count is being calculated for the past 24+ hrs. But will we award some loyalty chips manually which will be explained later on.

Hi everyone, trying to go to the Crazy Vegas website now sends you straight on to CasinoUK, does that mean we can use the free chip in the LCB shop to play at CasinoUK now? Any help much appreciated!

That's strange, when I click Crazy Vegas link it sends me to... Crazy Vegas.  No idea why it redirects you to CasinoUK... 

Here is the response:

Have any UK members tried using the Crazy Vegas free chip at CasinoUK yet? Think thats my next shop purchase now I've found this post ! Are there any UK members who have tried any of the other bonus chips? Would be very interested to know.

Also are shop purchases processed at weekends ? I would guess not but as the purchase screen only states 48 hours, I don't think its a completely silly question.

One UK player has been credited with the Crazy Vegas (CasinoUK) chip.

No shop purchases are processed by the casinos at the weekend.  All purchases are still requested by me though.

Hi there blue, thanks for the quick response, if I grab a crazy vegas chip anytime between now and sunday night I can expect it by Weds AM at the latest then? And my Skrill request from Thursday afternoon, that would be sometime before Monday afternoon? It's essentially 48 business hours, I guess?

It could be worth making that clear on the order completed screen, I'd imagine it could save you having to respond to many queries? Just a thought

Crazy Vegas are fairly quick to respond; you will likely get it by Monday evening if you request it over the weekend.  As for your Skrill - you will defnitely have it by Monday but the odds are likely you will have it before then.

Most members are allowing for the weekends already.

Hi again blue, please don't misunderstand its not that I am impatient, I just figured the information could be useful for all members thats all. I already think you guys are doing a great job Nevertheless, I'm left confused - you say its likely I will receive the Skrill before Monday but if you don't process on the weekends, I'm left a little confused???

Hi - I purchased a Bet Phoenix chip last week but still haven't seen it...I emailed LCB support and they are working on it but I was just wondering how long it usually takes?  I also purchased a Slotland voucher and was  pleasantly surprised when I opened my casino account and saw the credit -    thank you LCB....any thoughts though on the hold up at Bet Phoenix?      Have a great weekend and good luck to everyone!
