Can you please explain to me the difference between give and take?

Because when someone here gives you a Thank-you, you have this as a Thank-you given by you, when indeed it should be a Thank-you given, or a Thank-you taken by you. 

Example:  Someone makes a post they like and thanks them...WHY would that be a thank-you given by you in your profile???

I audited your own profile as well as my own, so it is not just me...

I think this whole thing is stupid to begin with, but you should at least get it correct.

Its quite oposite : When you receive/some1 gives you the Thank you , in your profile it shows as Thanks taken by you .

When you give the thanx it show as Thanks given by you.

Also on your left side, bellow ur username, you can find the number of Thank You given and recieved .

Check my profile and youll see 3 Thanks given so far.

I think this whole thing is stupid to begin with, but you should at least get it correct.

You are intitle to your opinion. But dismissing something thats designed to be an improvement, to make things easer ,to keep board clean, and calling it stupid without fully understanding it, is stupid imo.

And it is correct. You just got ti wrong.

That is strange... I can rmove the thank you's under your name in that thread if you would like.

As Admin said, that is strange. This feature was introduced couple of days back, and was in test phaze , so that could be the reason for your given thank you's.

But since yesterdays official launch, it has been working properly.

Like Admin said, this is the trial version,and we will watch it closely. So I would appreciate if you and evry1 else give it a chance, as I think its going to prove to be a great new addition.
