I don't know about everyone else but here in Va...we're "supposed" to be getting 20-25 inches of snow tomorrow!!  Whoooooo...first good snowfall in 13 years!!  [that is if it happens, we all know how bad the weather channel can screw up sometimes]

Awwwwwwwwwwwwwwww  I probably will NEVER see a white Christmas.  Hmmmm which of the 2 of you should I spend next Christmas with?

Well here in Sussex UK it snowed all night last night and we got about 5-6 inches from what I can see.

It is pure white everywhere.  I don't mind it Christmas day but that rarely happens. Booooo

I'm off 95 about 30 minutes north of Richmond, and they said 9-12". Are you more Northwest? I know they're supposed to get really slammed. Stocking up on food & booze for the weekend. Oh yeah, not to mention loading a bunch of $ on my card to play the casinos with. We should get together, and get fat, drunk & lose all our money this weekend.lol

Yup, I agree with Lips. Make sure your grocery needs are taken care of, and a little "sauce" to keep you warm, and hunker down in your house.

There is nothing you can do about it, so might as well enjoy it from the warmth of your house, and a picture window.

well it's been snowing for about 2 hours now [supposed to snow all weekend!] already got about 7 inches!!  Whoooo........and Shelli you can spend it with me next year!! lol

Hey satansmuff--I'm in central VA--we've only got about 3 inches so far, but I think the worst is still to come.  I'm too old to be enthused; worried about losing power with 3 old canines to take care of.  No shovels or ice melt at the local Home Depot either .

But I know all the young and young at heart will really enjoy it since it's been a long time since the last decent snow around here!

Instead of starting a new thread, I was just commentuing that it's now snowing here..Is cool, car ain't going anywhere (I did start it up yesterday, battery mucho strong) and so am just sitting here checking bank account every hour for transfer from VRC...Ummm...yeah every hour..twice..:P

Due to the age of the car and innocence of the kids, I'm not freaking out from them scraping snow off car..Yeah, I once was young too!! (Oh so long ago...Snap crackle pop!)

    Just curious , now that you have had the car for a little while, how do you find it to be?  Any hidden problems?  Or does it run pretty well?

Well, so far it's not gone far at all...Bank account will be drained soon, for rent, utilities and insurance for car..Still waiting on title work.

The surprising thing of it was the front end is solid and straight as the tires are evenly worn (And have about 50% tread left) I need to get a wiper arm (The other one is good and on drivers side too)

I have resolved to keep the car even if title work doesn't work out (Minor refund to chat about maybe) and then just abandon it somewhere when tags run out. But that's not till April 2010 so I can get SOME use out of it.

Abandoning it would hurt as the motor and transmission is strong even for it's age. I could part out, but then dumping it is more of a chore.

Just getting eager to hit the temp agencies and get back to work.

Snow? Well its nice here.Just went swimming in the pool.Was 85 today and more of the same tomarrow.I will think of you all when i'm in shorts and no shirt tomarrow........

snow is good and all (love to skii) but its minus 15 degrees celsius now, to cold for my taste, suposed to get colder... and 15 is unforunatly not much here in sweden, i like snow, but i dont like the cold
