Lie To Me

I've seen this before and it can be fun.

I forgot to add the next person is to list 3 things about themselves... one of them being a lie.

I think the "I was born in Tennessee" is a lie.  Am I right Gabby?

Here are 3 things about me one of which is a lie:

I killed a fish with a metal spoon
My husband is 6'8"
I paint pictures of my birds

Ahhh, we played this game at my daughters 13'th birthday party a few years ago...it was really fun, but very easy to quess when you know all the people, lol. Is anyone ever gonna say their lie is?!

Sadly betfreak, it was true but it was a total accident.  I was 15 years old and I always worked weekends and during school holidays.  I found a job (through my cousin) working on a fish stall a few miles from my home.  The catch was brought to the stall by the fisherman husband of the owner.  He had dropped off some small bottom dwelling fish and one of them flapped around on to the counter which made me jump out of my skin.  I tried to pick it up with the big metal spoon but it flapped off over the edge of the counter, made me jump out of my skin and I dropped the spoon.  The spoon landed on the fish and it killed it.  I felt dreadful and just sick to my stomach so I found a phone and called the woman owner and left on the spot.  I just couldn't handle it. 

The lie was the painting of my birds.  I can't draw or paint to save my life.

I'm going to guess the lie is I am totally tone deaf Gabby.

Time for someone else to tell a lie I think.

Mine was I don't own a pair of heels! I do have purple hair, well highlights at least and I am 30.

Correct blueday! I've been to my mother home country of Vietnam. I've never gotten my nails done because I do them myself and never got a speeding ticket although I've been pulled over for everything else you can possibly imagine!

OMG.. I am such a dork.  I don't have a tongue ring. I also no longer have pierced ears since I'm allergic.  Duh... I gave 2 lies.

My lie was in fact number 2 - I do eat meat (although very little).  As for teaching line dancing, I do a 20 minute slot at a class to help out each week (very recently) plus I cover hols for another teacher.

What the hell is wrong with me?  They all were true.  I think my nagging cough is affecting my brain. (gotta have some excuse).

I vaguely remember something about Peter Falk being a relation of yours so I'm going to go for 2. I have been parasailing as your lie.

My lie was number 3.  I can't find a skirt that I like even down to the little black number.  They are either too long or too short.

3.  I was first married at the age of 20

That was a good guess for me, Blue. For you... I'll say no. 2 is incorrect, you didn't own a house at the age of 19, although I'm a bit suspicious about no. 3 as well.

My lie was never performing CPR.. I have and it worked.

Lol, nope! I'm actually quite good at volleyball, it's that I can't stand Russian novels for reasons unknown to me. Maybe because they're overly sentimental, gloomy and dramatic?

Anyway, my guess about you gabby is that third thing which i cannot pronounce. Although, the third one sounds so scientifically detailed that it may as well be plausible.

Btw, well done with that CPR! You're a hero!
