I'd take President Obama anyday over the rethuglicans, it will take the current leader to lead in getting us out of this mess that was left.  As for you Genenco, I call it as I see it and what you said was like what I have heard all my life (suspect and you people are the same in my book and you say you dont wanna lower yourself, well you already did if we want to measure your words, but its an old saying from my husband, where they say where he comes from, "Words are like wind, Blows are unkind"!  Take that with you.

Well I voted for President Obama and I support him 100 percent, if he fails, he fails, but I am confident that a change will come.  My attitude is mine and that is who I am, if I was biased long ago is something that you feel I am and you really dont know me very well but you are expressingly an opinion that is your right to Genenco, I dont take your comments personal because I am in an open forum and noone is bound to agree on everything, but respect my right to speak out and I expect your rights, I have never called you biased or unbiased, and to say stooping low ....well I really am not gonna expand on that because when I get low, believe me its only when I am dancing on the floor....yanno how they say,. I stay positive, Rome wasn't built in day, patience is a virtue.  I look for success with our President and it seems very foggy now but when the fogs clears away there will be a new day, full of sunshine. 

I didn't vote for Obama, and as far as a Republican candidate I didn't feel like I had much to choose from, my opinion of course. I agree that Obama did not create the mess we are in, it was already there. He inherited a total mess and without agreement with our wonderful Senate he can't fix anything. The parties can never agree on anything as they are too stubborn to give in and concern themselves with the needs of americans. In my opinion the wars we have ourselves involved in is draining our economy and nothing will change until we are out of that situation. I for one am giving our President a chance to see if he can sort through the mess. I voted for Bush and am embarrassed to say so, I was so sick of him before he got out of office, so a change is what I am looking for. Until the Senate can sit down and try to focus on what is important instead of constantly butting heads with each other nothing will change. My husband is a state worker and worries daily about his job. At age 62 it is sad to think he may lose his job because the state is broke. He has not had a raise in three years but he is ok with that because at least he still has a job and they didn't have any layoffs. So yes, I want to see change for everyone.

I think you said it well.  Not just that I totally agree with you, but I couldnt have said it better myself.  I think that a lot of the folks from my home don't see President Obama as a negative force but a positive force because we have been struggling all our lives and we see the change of the guards as  a very welcome change.  It is a vision that Dr. Martin Luther King had, and I am confident that if we all work together for the good and put outside the b.s. and not look at the man (President Obama) in such a negative way, we will see a brighter day.  He was elected for four years by the people, the people have spoken, and we must wait out the rest of his term with hope and maybe we shall overcome someday.

Look people,we seem to all be focused on Mr. Obama "what he's doing or what he is not doing" Mr.Obama is not in charge! He is merely the puppet of the most vile, self serving, America hating progressive leaders of the shadow world government...yes the WORLD GOVERNMENT! You know the one they say doesn't exist.

everyone is entitled to their opinion, not matter how wrong they are, the fact of the matter is people are going to think what they WANT to think, regardless of how intelligent a man is, how well he speaks, how much integrity he has, and how much chaos he inherited from the previous bunch of IDIOTS who were in charge,(remember this is America, we all have our opinions?) frankly I do not think it is a good idea to talk about religion or politics in this type of forum, but then again it's my opinion, people get too wound up and irritated over such subjects, for what it's worth I am an Obama fan, and have been ever since he used to come to my house in the eighties to meet with my Dad to discuss, what else,politics and community organizing, people can be so hateful, if you don't believe me go check out Youtube and read the comments people leave under videos with cute kittens and funny bloopers, unbelievable how much hate and venom is spewed for no reason.
