Monitering your play?

Just wondering what you guys think about this...I was playing at a microgaming casino the other night. When I first went to deposit I enquiered about a deposit bonus [I usually get free spins with a deposit] but was told I didn't have anything available..Well I went ahead and make the minimum deposit and started playing....Several hours later here I am winning my butt off!!  The very second my account went over $1000.00 a casino rep [without my requesting them, or my permission to access my account] interupts my game in the middle of a bonus round and tells me to make a deposit now and I'll get a bonus!?  WTF??? I told the rep I was just told no bonuses are available to me, and now I have alot of money in my account and you want me to deposit??? She then replied it was overlooked and that she would credit my account with 50 free spins on Avalon..I said thanks and bye!!  As soon as that woman left my account dropped to a zero balance within 30 mins. It's like she came in and flipped a switch on me!! Amazing!!! Anyways after it was all gone I went to play the free spins and realized it was only betting half the pay lines! I contacted support and said I got ripped off on my bonus and all this jerk said to me was...did you get 50 free spins?? I said "yes", then he replied..well then you got what we said we were gonna give you....WE NEVER MENTIONED HOW MANY LINES IT WOULD PLAY! Are you serious???    Hey guys....I got some coupons from McDonlds I want to give everyone for FREE HAMBURGERS.....the coupon only say's free hamburgers so when you go to McDonalds and they throw a patty at you don't get upset or feel cheated...the coupon said free hamburger..didn't mention anything about coming in a bun!!!!!

Oh...I forgot to mention, I KNEW, KNEW, KNEW, I should have quit and cashed out the minute someone invaded my account.....lesson learned I guess.....damn I really coulda used that extra cash lol............................

Ummmm..care to name it? Reason is when or if I can ever play with MG that's one casino I'll avoid...

Well...there is one casino rep there that has treated me VERY WELL....I am trying to get ahold of him and see if there is anything he  can do to make things right before I mention it.....If he takes care of me then I will continue to play there, but if not you better believe I will mention the name!!

What bother's me the most is that fact that I'll never know if I just went cold all of a sudden, or if they cooled me down....I WILL NEVER KNOW!!!!

Yes they sure are monitoring.  I was up like 300.00 and all of the sudden the game slow down and it wiped out all my money. It was like the processor slow down so much the speed it was weird.  So I went to another casino at the same time to see if their was a difference and sure enough the other casino was fast no glitch at that casino.  So to your question yes they are monitoring.  They don't want to pay out any money to the winners.  So they are putting on the squeeze.

If I'm on a microgaming casino and live chat pops up, i just close it.  I don't want to talk to someone - I wanna spin.

hi i am back before us americans were kicked out i actually had an casino that overcharged my card four times i immedieatly called them they told me send a bank statement i ended up sending four of them and getting my bank involved i got 200.00 back but lost over 1000.00 by the time my checks quit bouncing then they threatened to report me and said bad words and hung up.  I wouldnt play another one even  if they opened up for us sinners  again so word to the wise watch your statements immedeitly and dont let them push you around they need us as much as we need or want for a better word them

Yes, the monitor!  In fact, I discoverd on a Casino where I am a VIP they monitor my "play for fun" action.

Also, this is why I am very suspect of bonuses.

Finally, I think they use very, very sophisticated software.  I have often wondered if they use "profile" software which monitors our online gaming habits.

These are the reasons i drive 3 hours to a land based casino to get my casino fix, and my online deposit are few and far between
