    Now if I am with someone and they run out of money, I will gladly share but I hate it when someone you barely know or don't know at all comes up asking for money.  I was nice to a lady and did it once, she asked again today and I just walked away.  I was winning and could have done it, but it is just the idea behind it.

    I don't blame you one bit wmmeden. It is one thing to have a good heart but entirely another to have someone take advantage of it. I wouldn't think twice about walking away from her.

    Unfortunately there are people in this world that will prey on the good hearts of others. Sounds as if she does this quite often if it's her second time approaching you.

    All in all i hope you had a good time and won a fortune!

    I remember years ago my mother was approached by an older gentleman, he kept wandering around begging. I am wondering why security didn't pitch him out, or maybe nobody complained.

    I cannot comprehend people doing that frankly. I can understand doing it by the roadside, but to be in a casino begging and you very well know where that money is going, makes them seem quite addicted or even hopeless.

    I can't believe someone had the nerve to ask you for cash at the casino. I have never experienced this before. Don't feel bad. I wouldn't be giving out my winnings to strangers either.

    Once I had to give $20 to a guy who just wouldn't leave my side.
    He sat next to me and kept talking saying he was so frustrated by how I was playing, told me what machine to play, how much to bet..I got tired of his talking so gave him money to go away. hysterical
    I don't blame you for walking away,wmmeden...
    I never understand people like that...

    I never had it happen in a casino but last summer I was going into a store and this lady was standing outside.The way that she looked,I'd say she was homeless or on a lost week-end. Well soft hearted me gave her a couple of bucks because she said she needed money to catch a bus to get home. I'd say not more than 10 seconds had passed when she asked if I could spare more...I just rolled my eyes (even tho I wanted to snatch the money back) and told her to have a good day.

    my family does it when we go to the casino and its harder to say no to them i usually say im broke and sit on the penny machine until its time to go then i can come home with some money
