MULTIPLE ACCOUNTS

I share a house with a roomate who never deposits at casinos just use free chips i however do deposit when i like a casino such as playfair and casino33 even thoug we share the same house we are roomates with quite seperate lives seperate computers seperate incomes and identification to prove it the problem is we have high speed internet and we have a wireless link so same ip address so thats considered if he opens an account strictly for the free chips with no plans of ever depositing i cant play there because it is considered multiple accounts. I know there are peopl that cheat but in this age of wireless link i think they should review that if you have id to prove you are who you say you are dose anyone else have this problem and what can i do

For the most part you can't do anything, because its in almost all the terms and condition, no multiple accounts on same ip address.  It doesn't matter if you are related, or not.

You may get lucky, and some casinos may not put this in the terms, but most of them do.

You also may get lucky, and a casino may want your business and take what you say at face value, and let you have an account.  But if this happens, you also have to worry that your money will not get voided.  Because since you are broken the term of the contract.

Contact the casinos you wish to be a depositing member at through their support. Talk to them or their manager and let them no clearly that you are a seperate "entity" with all documentation to match and that their is a second person who also uses your IP address who has their Own seperate documentation. This decision will be up to the casino manager, and he may say know... or may block your Roomates account (they kind of prefer the depositing account rather than the chipping one). Not every casino will allow the waiver... but some will.

You may need to provide both sets of identification before being allowed to play... but it is almost a guarantee that while your deposits would be accepted, any attempt to cashout would be voided.

Another way you can go is to contact one or more of the many Casino reps we have here on the board and get their advice as to how to handle the situation.

so far these have been very impressive casinos to me also, hope they keep up the good work.

i had a friend of mine told me the other day that he had won at one of the casinos that i play at and the he couldnt collect because of multiple accounts - i at the same time had another casino tell me the same thing and because of multiple accounts i couldnt collect one of the bonuses.  I knew that i had not nor did anyone else in my house open an account with them.  Thats when i found out that my friend who lives down the street was piggybacking off of my internet connection.  There is no way to know who and when someone is using ur ip address and for that reason i think the casinos need to find another way to define multiple accounts - like maybe using ur street address, phone number and d.o.b. - cause if you win you have to show proof of that not your ip address !!!

Hi i understand the multiple accounts rule that you are talking about and obviously
that is not allowed .
But what i wanted to know is say you have multiple casino accounts for a microgaming casino for example but they are all on different skins of microgaming ,
i.e. Ruby fortune casino , Ladbrokes.
There is nothing wrong with that is there with having one account on each different

I had a friend come over one weekend back in Feb this year for a few drinks and catch up seen I was playing Fast Pay casino signed up not saying anything hooked up to my wifi and said she only ever played there ONCE when I queried her and she only deposited $50 all registered in her name address etc 3 months down the track after spending Thousands finally get a win up around $10000 all of a sudden bang account shut down reason Duplicate accounts, I know the rules been playing online for 10 years now Emu casino before they stopped working in my country I had a nice 25000 win over 3 days verified received money in 2 days no worries Fast Pay pfftt they would be able to see that my friends account has been non active SCAMMERS

FAST PAY CAsino STAY AWAY they will let you play for Months And Months and take your money ,, me on Average 500 - 1000 a week just a causal thing ,But Fast Pay  won’t tell you that back in February you breached by having a duplicate account WHICH is a big load of CRAP,, I know the fkn Rules !!!

They will virtually keep stealing your money until you get a  decent win them BANG dig for anything to get out of paying been playing online for years from spin place to Leo Vegas ,, EMU my Favourite ,,

Ok after numerous emails trying to explain this to them all happened with out my knowledge been arguing with them via email they reply back with the same stupid message about the same IP (Don’t play on MAccas Free wifi )

Outcome I want is Pay my win or give me all my deposit money from The so call Date of Breach which I had NO knowledge of it because if that was the case I won’t waste my time playing at that casino ,,
