My new favorite drink...

A bloody mary made with V8.  I am usually a wine person, but I am loving this.  YUM

Weeeeeeeeee my kind of gal!! I like to drink bloody marys with V8, celery salt and a dash to tobasco.

I was on a huge cosmo kick but now drink dirty martinis. They are not as sweet but boy oh boy they will get ya feeling tipsy good!

Something about the V8 and the celery salt give it a little something extra.  Never had a cosmo.  I like to try new drinks, but I do have some my regular favs. I like that the bloody mary is savory and not sweet and you can kick it up like you do with the tabasco.  BAM

I went to a land based casino and my friend ordered me a "white rusian", it looked like a glass of milk, but it tasted so good.  I guessed they mixed it from Vodka and milk since Rusian are famous for their vodka 

Usually a coffee liqueur is in it too taaa. They taste good but i couldn't drink them all nite because they are a bit too rich for me.

I ditto the bammmmmmm on that bloody mary wmmeden. Damn now i want one......let me snoop in the kitchen and see what i can concoct!!

Have u ever tried redwine with coke? Taste good I think, because redwine makes me sleepy but with coke it does not because of the coffein.

I thought i heard of them all but never red wine with coke! Do you put it over ice?

Has anyone ever had a Michelada? That is beer with tomato juice and is a hot order right now in the bars.

You can, if u like it very cold.....I dont take ice, just a cold coke.

The beer and tomato I have never heard of before...but sure going to try it out.

White Russian is Kahlua, vodka, and milk or cream.  Even better is the blind Russian which is Kahlua, vodka, and Bailey's.  Both taste great and both will knock you on your @ss with 2 or 3.

The Blind Russian is so good. Has anyone tried that Godiva White Chocolate liqueur? OMG I had a martini made with that. Awesome!

Those are good martinis froggy but soooooooo rich i can't ever drink more then one.

Med - they will knock you on your fanny fast. One of the first times i ever got drunk i was a teenager and i drank white russians. By the time i got to the car the trees were spinning around me. They sneak up on you an cuz they are so smooth going down they are a fooler.

I'm so picky with alcohlic drinks.  If the mood strikes, I'll have a shot of Malibu Rum.

Don't like wine, beer, kaluha, martini, bloody mary.  Wow, I would be a cheap date if I were dating.

I spend 4 days in Vegas and have 2 drinks.  I think I need to find a drink I like and loosen up!   

I haven't had any descent drink ever since the day I found out I was carrying a monkey 
but the other night hubby bought five different flavors of frozen Daiquiri and now they are my favorite.

anyone wanting to come around here, we'll go have strawberry margaritas, or I'll make some.  You have to buy. 

I would drink a beer & tomato juice or with V8 years ago but we called it a red beer . I mostly drink Corona now...guess I'm not very adventurous

My newly discovered favourite drink would be half a glass of white wine (anything cheap will do) topped off with a fizzy lemon and lime flavoured water.  OMG it is so refreshing and really hits the spot (and makes me feel a little tipsy too).  Great for a warm summer (or spring) day.

Mmmmm sounds delicious with fruit in it.  I love sangria - especially when they throw vodka, vermouth, gin and other alcoholic drinks into the pot.

You can get the fizzy lemon and lime water from Sainsburys.

Oh boy, wineo's the lot of ya, lol. Maybe you forgot, or didn't know, but you can buy that stuff bottled up allready. It's called RIPPLE, AND BOONES FARM wine. )^&^$%%#)(^&..........I think it still goes for $.99 a bottle...........One thing for sure though, you will get sick, if you drink to much. Theres a few more, Thunderbird, or gallow White Port with a twist of lime, we're always favorites, of the folks normally associated with  people coming from the wrong side of the tracks. Last but not least, Mogan David 20/20, or as it was called, Mad Dog 20/20..................... Another, that wouldn't be considered top of the line, table wine, but if one wanted to simply get a buzz, this occurs. Unfortunately, one becomes violently ill, only after a few glasses.
Finishing, if one is just social drinking, heck thats not a big issue, right?...............mmmmmm,  We must remember, if one needs to drink to be social,  thats not social drinking!

I very rarely drink (1 glass and I'm anybodys/2 glasses and I'm everybodys!) - mainly because I need to drive most days.  I do have a drink at Christmas or when it's really hot during the summer.  I'm not a social drinker - I drink when I fancy one which is rare.  But that wine with the fizzy lemon and lime water was soooo  refreshing and I really enjoyed it and I really fancy another one.

Cherry vodka+coke is goooood. Just have to be careful cuz they can sneak up on you.

I like the White Rushion very much --but be carefull--if you drink too much from it you will be sick for 2 days--like me lol

Oh no. I bet a few of those could really make you sick. They taste so good and the alcohol sneaks up on you.

I've been really loving raspberry or strawberry mojitos lately. 

Omg fiedo one of the first times i got a bit too tipsy was on White Russians. And yes it does sneak up on you! I stood up and the room became a slot machine with reels.....spinning like crazy!


My fav hard liquor is vodka but never heard of cherry flavor. Can you tell me who makes it wmmeden?

We sell UV Red vodka and coke.  They say it tastes like the cherry coke we drank when we were kids.

Other cherry vodkas are Three Olives and Smirnoff.

  I bought the smirnoff and it does taste just like cherry cokes. 

One of my favorite Summer drinks is a Long Island Ice Tea.  Not sure why they call it that because I don't think it tastes much like tea...but the reason I like it is because it contains ALOT of alcohol and you don't need many drinks to really get a nice little glow going   Hubby & I went to our local land based casino recently to spend the night (I get a free room once a week all July) and I took our premixed bottle of the mix which you can buy in the liquor store...and made us up some drinkies to take with us down to the casino.  (We take their paper cups with us to our room so we can mix our drinks there to enjoy on the floor...shhhhhh...don't tell).  I was feeling pretty darned chipper that evening and also made some nice change gambling so it was a FUN night!  Long Island Ice tea contains a shot of Rum, Vodka, Gin, Tequila and Triple Sec.  You mix that with 2-4 oz of cola and 2 oz of Sweet & Sour mix....pretty darned yummy....and knocks one on their keester if not careful.

I use to think there was ice tea in it but a bartender said its coke and because of its light color after mixing all those spirits it looks like ice tea...works for me!

hehe...that's what I like about them, they sneak up and bite you on the behind don't they?!  I am, in fact, having one big ole Long Island Ice Tea right now as I lay out in the sun in my yard...in my bikini (which I do NOT look attractive in but no one can see me) and enjoy the best day of Summer we Northwestener's have gotten so far this year   Feel really bad for you folks suffering from the heat wave...a barrel of Long Island Ice Tea might make ya'll feel much better!

i think i'm about up for some of that Extra Stout Guiness this week.. not bad for beer in America ..

bartenders in the club are always busy and they have special names for each drink, I guess it is easy for customers to order, easy to memorize.  They have drinks called BLOWJOB, Modafecka,.... , I usually order "sex on the beach" drink or "long island tea".  Have you order a BJ yet in the club yet??
