    ok hyefives..

    here are the steps to take:

    1.  Go to PROFILE

    2.  Click on Forum Profile info on Left side of Page

    3.  Click on I will Upload my own pic

    4.  Insert pic from your file

    5.  Go to bottom of page and click on change profile  (this will update) don't forget
        this step or it will not come out

    Hi,

    The only thing I can think that could have gone wrong is at step 4.

    Did you trying typing something in, or did you go to the browse button?

    You should click on the browse button on the right side, and locate you file, then click open.

    Then finish step 5

    sometimes they won't let you put a picture up if it's to big...[i'm not sure of the correct term for that]....i had a picture i was trying to upload and was told i need a smaller one although all my picture look the same size on my computer!

    Hiya hye,

    Not sure where your trying to retrieve your pic. There is a couple of options depending on if your using a pic from your computer or a URL.

    If from your computer the steps given by Nal is the route you would take. If from a website the first option would be your choice.

    What is the error message your getting?
