New LOOK

Hi Guys,

As some of you already know, we are currently in the process of redesigning the LCB and its sister sites.

Here are the samples of the new look.
Would you prefer dark blue or red header for LCB?
Would you prefer the current feel of the top tabs or a more simple with the drop down menu like the ones included in the screen shots?

I have created a poll so you can cast your votes, and also any feedback would be much appreciated.

I really like the dark blue header but with the current tabs

opted for dark blue too would like the new pull tabs:)

I personally like the drop down menus very much.

Hope you don't change the site too much...theres nothing worse than having to relearn your away around a website...[lol, still pi$$ed about the facebook change]

  I like the lighter blue one, but sticking to the same color red would be easiest. Out of the corner of my eye it looks like home. For someone who still doesn't know what their doing, I can find my way around here if I need to.

favorite color isa blue so of course i am going to go with blue

I had a suggestion today that the word bonus in the title should be in yellow for all the sites.. thoughts?

Oh, I do like that idea as well. 

Highlight that beautiful word "Bonus"  for all to see easily.

I think the blue is really nice and yes.. brighten up the title would make it perfect! Could even use a goldish color like coins.. lol.. i only mean highlighting it.. all n all its going to look great!

I prefer the current tabs to the drop downs but it's really kind of a toss up to me. Either way if fine. But you will confuse some members who haven't visited in a while if you change things up too much. As for the colors, red seems to work better to me - but the dark blue sample is so dark on my monitor it's practically black, so it's hard to say. I do think the empty space to the far left on the header should be utilized somehow though, even if it's just w/a graphic of some kind like some coins as Imagination suggested. And I think the forum body should probably remain left aligned instead of centered. Excellent work though.

Wow, I really have to say you guys are really being careful about the upcoming changes and I for 1 really appreciate being asked for input. (Even if it is ignored )
