    I don't know, maybe it's just my personal experience.  I see that they will use this tactic to get away with or slow your process of paying out or whatever.  I withdrew $77 winning from a free chip at Clubplayer casino and this is the conversation I have with livechat.

    I don't think they should redeem them in the first place.  It gets reviewed while you are redeeming it.

    these casinos like coolcat, clubplayer or betroyal are far away from doing serious business. they are just trying to let you deposit, and that by all means. you have won some cash with a free chip? so what, they say. we won`t pay you anyway! I am sick of their lousy escuses.
