online card counting and blackjack betting tips?

Hi guys i,m new to this forum and online gambling and would really appreciate some help on a few questions.
1.Is it possible to count cards online(BLACKJACK)as I,ve heard that most online casinos have random number generators which mean that cards are shuffed after each deal?
2.Imagine I have a 200 dollar bankroll including 100 dollars bonus and my wagering requirement is 40x,but the casino only counts blackjack as 2 percent to the wagering requirement.In this case is it still possible to come out with apositive balance wagering only on blackjack(even though it may take days to fulfill the wagering requirement.Or are there better games.
3.Lastly,If i am playing blackjack with perfect strategy,doubling up,never taking insurance and only flat betting each round(except for doubles and splits)do i still have a good chance of whoring the bonus?Or is it better to use a progressive betting system etc.

Hi Zuqa,thanks for all the good links.Still one question though?If the casino is only offering between 2-10 percent of wagering requirement on blackjack-is it still worthwhile to play?

No its not..
there is a simple equation which helps you to calculate if the bonus is worth doing, to see if bonus is EV+( expected value) or EV-( negative)

Ev =bonus -[ wagering requirements x house edge( for BJ is usually 0.005)]
EV = B - (WR x .005).  If you deposit $200, get a $200 Bonus and the WR is 8x(D+B), then the EV here is $200 - ($3200 x .005) or + $184.  In this case EV is positive (EV+).

Note that your results may vary ,and  this equation is just here to help you to determine if bonus is worth doing.
