yes i read about this a few days ago, but now today the news stated that the baby was cleared, this just makes me think how can this have even been allowed to happen, makes no sense.

The worst part is that the incident leading to the arrest happened back in February; the publicity surrounding the recent court hearing with the baby present is what led to the charge against him benig dropped.
