    Interesting thread came up about a very good deed by one of our members. It got me to thinking. We spend so much time beating ourselves up in life for the mistakes we make, and we are our own worst critic.

    Let's dedicate this thread to the good deeds we have done. No matter how big or small! This is "pat yourself on the back" because quite frankly i think we deserve it.

    If we spread the good we have all done maybe it will become contagious. We can make a tiny difference in this world.

    I know it's tough to be proud of ourselves when we are accustomed to keeping the good deeds to ourselves. But maybe that is part of the problem! Besides we aren't letting our egos get the best of us. We are feeling good about what we have done and want to share it!

    Ok i will start off.............

    I went to Star Bucks the day before yesterday and paid for the car behind me. I told the cashier to say "spread the goodwill and pass it on".


    I felt damn good about that........one great big pat on my back!!!
