Politics Any Subject Lets Talk

What comes to my mind is the the Scott Walker win in Wisconsin. What is strange is how the news media and Democratic Leaders kept saying the outcome of the Governors recall election would be an indicator of what was to come in the 2012 Presidential Election. But, since Walker won, the Liberal t.v. and news media and Democratic leaders have gone silent on that. Instead it appears they are trying to offer reasons that Walker won blaming the amount of Moderate and Conservative spending in support of Walker.  I am one voter that pays absolutely no attention to t.v. political ads or partisan, liberal or conservative news; in fact I dont pay any attention at all to anything other that debates and the past political job the Candidates have done.  If I had my way, Ron Paul would become our President because since the early 60s he has been right on subject and has predicted many of the failures of the Federal Government and Legislation they passed. But why when he has so many supports was he unable to win in the various State Primaries? One reason and one reason only, the News Media. conservative, moderate and liberal and the current Republican leaders.
Since Obama did not bring the changes he promised and has know explanation other that Republicans blocking passage of his offered Legislation; many will not be voting for him again.

As far as the 2010 Election that gave Republicans the House majority I can only say they have done what my vote inteded for them to do, nothing. I mean nothing that required us to pay billions or trillions on more worthless or failed projects of the Dems.

ron paul has some good points on homeland economic policies and many could work.  based on 20 years in the military,  his world policies , if implimented, would create immediate chaos throughout the world,,,,which unfortunately for him has only kept him in the "fantasy" candidate with a few good ideas and several crazy ideas category.  he could never win.

          I don't know, I think he had some pretty good ideas on foreign policy;  such as us basically minding our own business.  Yeah I guess that would create a lot of chaos come to think of it.

It is good to see the Obama-machine has weaknesses this week!  "The private sector is doing fine."
