    Hi Members,

    Another year is about to come to a close......along with all the others years past. A collection of memories that can never be taken away from us.

    Every year i tell myself i will pick myself up.....brush myself off and set out to improve my shortcomings. It's not always easy. It takes diligence to break some bad habits.

    Things happened throughout the year that we had no control of. We all have high hopes that the year will be good to us and we accomplish all we set out to do. 

    Reflecting back over the year how has would you rate it compared to other years gone by. Was it all you anticipated as you rung in the new year?

    Let me tell you.
    Every you has to be better you are still here to play and make what you wont of you day.
    This was a very nice year. I was a stylist for over 18 yr and mess my arm hand just my uper self. I got put on worker com in 2005 just got on SSI this pass year.
    I got to get in a house it is in TX but I love it. I got to bring my  2 granddaughter here for the summer and my Son new wife.
    This year could not be more fulling with love.There was some sad thing my son going to war my kid not living in the same state. But life dos go on was you hope it will all end right.
    Like they say GOD ONLY GIVE YOU WHAT YOU CAN HANDLE.
    May this coming year bring you love joy and happness that all you need.  kiss

    I'm can't wait for this year to pass. It started with a burglary of my business, totally wiped out. Then Company I worked for closed down overnight, leaving me with a office to close, having to let people go and close out everything. Watched someone shoot himself in the head right in front of me. Lost my Mother and Brother. Rebuild after Hurricane Ike flooded everything.
    Good things were, my son's wedding, seeing my only grandson again after 9 years and my daughter expecting her first child on December 23th, the date was picked by the doctor since she lost her first baby only one week before he supposed to be born.
    Hope that with the birth of my granddaughter that this year ends on a good tone.

    Yeah....I'd rather not reflect on the past year....glad it's over with along with most the crap that came with it.....looking ahead now!!    tongue

    It just popped up in my mind when I seen this thread. It seems that every year around this time I look back to what year I had and wonder what the new year will bring. One thing I have learned the past year is that I am a lot stronger than I thought I could be.
