    Hi Members,

    One of the things i admire so much about this forum is the responses given by members. I think we all like to show our appreciation for a helpful post. It leaves the "Poster" with a sense of encouragement, which generates more posting! This what makes a forum a Forum.

    It not only provides useful information here at the forum, it creates a rapport with other members. Through responding it has created bonds and friendships among the members.

    A topic that is helpful, is very difficult not to respond kindly to it. The beauty of a forum is this is not the same as your place of work. Yes, at work things must be done in a professional manner. It is nice when one can leave the office and simply be yourself. It is laid back and allows us to express with no restrictions.

    Not comment on a post? That's like no Santa on Christmas morning!
