    What are our legal rights in regards to casino duplicate accounts,  my question is when a casino refuses to pay winnings ( ie for having duplicate accounts) I understand the loss of the winnings withdrawal.  However I'm confused about how they can actively accept my deposits etc . , when they back out of the withdrawals and delete the account and balance .  

    Is there any legal grounds for us players to be able to at least get our deposits back when this happens?

    Its great post. of course there should be some rules for casinos when time of withdrawal regarding duplicate accounts. If they accept deposits then why not accept withdrawal?
