    It is tornado season that's for sure. We have been really lucky not to get hit. We have had some bad storms here in Southeast Kansas and thank the good lord nothing tornadic. It seems that once the storms get east of me they blow up. Yesterday was terrible with the tornadoes that touched down just 40 miles east of me in a town I used to live. I feel badly for the people that lost their homes, everything they own. May God be with us all during the bad weather season.

    It is lightening like crazy and rainy cats and dogs as i post this! I soooooooo happy the warmer weather is finally here after a brutal winter but the storms i am def not looking forward too. Hope everyone has a safe tornado free spring and summer ahead.

    We haven't had tornados yet but I am sick and tired of our weather.

    Honestly, we had the most brutal winter with, I think, over 60 days of negative temps.

    It is almost June at we are still in the 50's with downpour thunderstorms today.  I guess I don't mind the rain since I really don't feel like sitting out in the cold to watch a 2 hour baseball game of my sons' today. wink
