Survey says Vegas is best place for cheating spouses

The Ashley Madison dating site surveyed 7,680 of it's members (married people looking for dates) and the votes are in.

Las Vegas is the place to play.  53% of those surveyed admitted to cheating in Las Vegas.  Many  hotels were even listed as the best places to carry on their affairs.  Hotel staff agreed, lots of men come and have two rooms.  One for wifey, one for whomever else.

The hotels are happy with the business the adultery produces.  They even have steamy themed rooms.  Some claim to make half their profits off of affair clientele.  It's also implied that the mistresses usually get the high-dollar suites while the wives get the budget priced rooms.  The Ashley Madison members who live in the area prefer the hookups to occur in the cheap suites at the Stratosphere, Circus Circus and Treasure Island.

What do you think about the survey results and the hotels catering to the cheating crowd?  Does what happens in Vegas really stay in Vegas?  If you were to cheat, would Vegas be the place to be?

Interesting results; it seems that the hotels support the cheating in a way but I guess they don't really care. It's the similar thing with what casinos do when they see that someone is losing money... they won't stop him/her from losing.
I also doubt that anything stays in Vegas, that would be to easy for cheaters but I'm sure they prefer to think so.

I want to know how these men are still married. Do their wives really not know or are they pretending to be clueless? I could not stay with a man that I knew was cheating. It's a nice thought that what happens in Vegas stays in Vegas but somehow I think it follows you home especially if you catch gosh knows what during your little romp.

I guess if I were looking for a meaningless night with someone I'd never see again, Vegas would be a good place to find it. Not surprised that the hotels welcome the business. What do they care?

That's funny and probably usually true.  I think in this case, since those surveyed were from the dating site where married people go to find dates, well, they were probably telling the truth.  And also probably kicking themselves they hadn't *done it* in Vegas yet.

I guess Vegas is a natural for the cheating crowd.  I mean, for example, who would go to the Grand Canyon or The Alamo to meet their mistress for a good time?  <3 <3

So true exotic locations do have a certain appeal even if it is not outdoors!
