If you go to their website and sign up you win "swag bucks" for searching online through their internet browser toolbar as well as for playing games, watching crappy ads and doing surveys. They even have raffles for more swag bucks and prizes.
What do you do with the swag bucks? Just go to their swag store and buy items that range from clothing to gift cards. This is not a scam and you do not have to pay anything. I have redeemed these for amazon.com giftcards with no problems.
I just use the search toolbar when I am searching and I make 20 to 100 "Swag" bucks a day

The only thing i would be weary of is giving out your primary email address. I had a friend talk me to a similar thing and it took forever to get them from emailing me to death. And they also sold my email too and was getting emails from all over the place.
